Tuan Map is a Vietnamese banh mi name with deep roots. The brand began around the year 2000 as a small family eatery founded by Tuan Map — who started with very modest savings and a simple belief that the customer always comes first. Through years of hard work, consistent quality and a closed, hygienic production process, the humble bakery grew into a trusted name, later registering its own trademark and becoming known for its signature
Central-Vietnam beef sausage (cha bo) and freshly baked, hot, crispy baguettes.

Over more than two decades, Tuan Map has grown into one of Vietnam's most recognised banh mi brands, with over 120 stores across the country. The brand has already crossed borders — expanding into Laos, Cambodia and China (Guangzhou) — and in the next few years we aim to bring our beautiful banh mi to Australia and America.
